Having handled all aspects of human resources throughout her career, Jill understands the crucial necessity of starting where a company is in order to equip them to achieve their desired goal. Jill provides strategic support to businesses in the areas of culture management, management coaching, leadership development, recruiting and hiring, employee relations coaching, performance management, and policy development.

Randy is an entrepreneur at heart and understands the importance of helping CEOs optimize their most important investment—their people. “If a client can maximize employee value, that organization would be unstoppable!” he says.
Randy has served as an international best practices consultant and has successfully founded and led an insurance benefits practice. Randy wants to help Cornerstone clients be all they can be by aligning human resources with their business strategy.

Jessica A. Elder, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CPHR Consultant
Jessica is a seasoned human resources professional with two decades of progressive HR management experience. Throughout her career, she has conducted new hire orientation and benefits administration; designed compensation structures; strategically integrated all human resource practices into management practices; ensured compliance with various rules and regs; built an HR department from the ground up; and served as a Chief People Officer.
To say Jessica is passionate about human resources is an understatement. She uses her experience and expertise to dig in deep with clients to pinpoint areas of concern that are hindering the optimal function of an organization.
