Jill brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to Cornerstone clients. Jill has worked with non-profit organizations, small companies, and large corporations across various industries. Having handled all aspects of human resources throughout her career, Jill understands the crucial necessity of taking a customized approach to solving people issues. Jill provides strategic support to businesses in the areas of culture management, management coaching, leadership development, recruiting and hiring, employee relations coaching, performance management, and policy development.

Jessica A. Elder, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CPHR Consultant

Jessica is a seasoned human resources professional with two decades of progressive HR management experience. Throughout her career, she has conducted new hire orientation and benefits administration; designed compensation structures; strategically integrated all human resource practices into management practices; ensured compliance with various rules and regs; built an HR department from the ground up; and served as a Chief People Officer.

To say Jessica is passionate about human resources is an understatement. She uses her experience and expertise to dig in deep with clients to pinpoint areas of concern that are hindering the optimal function of an organization.
